Lesson 1: Proposal Preparation Schedule

*Please be aware that these instructional videos were recorded before the Air Force made a few substantial last-minute changes to the proposal requirements. While the original instructions were for a 6 month Period of Performance, the updated Phase I Period of Performance is 3 months (2 months technical, 1 month reporting). Notification of select or non-select status will be sent out within 90 days of the proposal due date, and awards are expected to be released within 180 days of the proposal due date.

Proposals for the Air Force STTR open topic will be accepted starting on September 22nd, and are due by October 22nd. In this video, we cover some important timelines to ensure you get all the required documentation completed on time.
