"All 3 phase one SBIR successes we've had over the past six months can be traced back to Hyperspace Challenge"
Cliff Massey, 2018 Participant, CrowdAI
In November 2018, ten companies were selected to participate in the first Hyperspace Challenge in Albuquerque, NM. These ten companies, defense users, and invited industry experts met to further explore how startups’ capabilities can be used to address a defense community need. On November 15, startups pitched how their capabilities will be able to fulfill a critical need for the defense community. CrowdAI was awarded a total of $25,000 in incentive and prize money to expedite follow-on activities related to establishing acquisition or contracting opportunities with the Department of Defense.
